Nicole is a professionally trained baker with a background in Culinary Arts and Hospitality and a deep love for creating cakes that feel as special as the gatherings they’re part of. She previously served as Vice President of Culinary at SusieCakes, where she helped launch the first location and supported the brand’s growth to more than 30 bakeries nationwide. Today, Nicole consults on food and hospitality projects and leads a custom cake business focused on beautifully crafted cakes and desserts — designed to be shared, celebrated, and remembered long after the last slice.

DJ El Tank is a Dallas-based DJ and producer with over 15 years of experience bringing energy, rhythm, and polish to private events and celebrations. Blending sounds from across all genres — including Latin influences, global rhythms, and modern electronic music — his sets are designed to keep the vibe moving and the dance floor full, always tailored to the mood and flow of the gathering.
